SKY Service Apartment was built on a simple idea: a hotel room was never designed for how people actually stay for a week, a month, or longer. We rent whole apartments instead — a real kitchen, real space to spread out, and a door that's entirely yours for the length of your visit.

Whether you're in Mysuru for work, relocating, or hosting family, we match the stay to the apartment — not the other way around. No fixed package, no unnecessary minimum stay, just the right flat for however many days you need it.

Cancellations

Refund & Cancellation Policy

7 or more days before check-in	Full refund, minus any applicable transaction charges
3 to 7 days before check-in	50% refund
Less than 3 days before check-in, including same-day cancellations and no-shows	No refund

Processing

Eligible refunds are processed immediately upon cancellation, via the original mode of payment (UPI or cash).

Date Changes

Requests to change stay dates are subject to availability and must be communicated in advance by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

House Rules

Hotel Policy

Check-in / check-out: Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
ID: A valid government-issued photo ID is required from all guests at check-in.
Occupancy: Limited to the number of guests confirmed at booking. Additional guests need prior approval.
Smoking and alcohol: Strictly not permitted inside the apartments or on the premises.
Pets: Not allowed.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or furnishings during their stay.
Housekeeping: Available on request during the stay.
Right of admission: Management may refuse check-in or continued stay in case of misconduct or violation of house rules.
